Our 21 acre farm is nestled between Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams just 12 miles NE of White Salmon, Washington. We have been enjoying farm raised products for most of our lives and are pleased that we can offer our healthy and humanely raised meat products to others.
Our pork and poultry are fed USDA Certified Organic Feed that contains no corn, no soy and is non-GMO. Our hogs also consume organic whey. Our pastures are planted with field peas, clover, hairy vetch, beets and turnips. Our animals continually improve the soil by cultivating and fertilizing while they consume high quality grains and forage.
We sell our half and whole hogs by pre-order with a deposit. To purchase individual cuts, bacon or sausage, you can find us at local Gorge Grown Farmer’s Markets. You can also find us on the menu at Celilo Restaurant and Bar and Skamania Lodge.
